Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is effective for 30 days. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
We do not accept returns for certain goods, including:
– Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)
– Intimate or sanitary products
– Hazardous or flammable materials
– Gases or liquids
Other non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Some personal care and health items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Do not return purchases directly to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds might be available under these conditions:
- Books showing clear signs of wear and use
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, etc.)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons beyond our control
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm receipt via email and notify you about your refund status. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged products only. Contact us via email at [email protected], and send your item to 14 Dorset Grove, Truganina, VIC 3029, Australia.
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, they’ll receive the refund.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable and should be covered by the customer.
